In connection with World Water Day, HORUS, Natural Science association conducted a placard-making competition. Several students participated in the competition.
Today comes another assembly day for mathematics optional students. Assembly started with our college anthem followed by prayer, pledge, and thought of the day. Today was International Mathematics Day, so they tells the importance of the day followed by a quiz session that was really interesting. In the absence of our principal sir, Joju sir give the message of the day through a wonderful story and they revealed their association name as DHYUTHY. Assembly dispersed with the national anthem. The first hour was taken by Bindu teacher, followed by Maya ma'am class about the qualities and competencies of a teacher. The third hour was taken by Ancy ma'am about the topic of principles of development. After lunch, we go for carol practice for the Christmas day function. It was a wonderful day.
Today was the last last day of our practice teaching phase 2. The learning experience we received was tremendous and worth remembering and following in our day to day life. It have really helped me in building myself as a future teacher. Thanks to all the experiences and memories. I will always keep this in my mind. I reached at the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I had class today in the morning at 8th standard in the third period. I started with the new chapter Our Government and taught them about the legislature of our nation. I was able to present my innovative work to the students of the class. INTRODUCTION An innovative work can be defined as a " new idea, device or method". It is something original and more effective and as a consequence new that 'breaks into' the pupil . Two interesting dimensions of innovation including degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth . Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate.
