WEEK 1 : PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2

DAY 1 (14/06/2023) I Reached school at 8:00am and Submitted the attendance register. Principal provided school instructions for teachers. Then I Met my concerned teacher and teacher signed the record. I was assigned 8A and 9A. In the 3rd period I went to there to take the class there. I did a brief introduction on myself and entered the syllabus. I gave an introduction to the chapter and taught about the river valley civilization. The students enjoyed the class and the activities using activity card and charts. The areas I should improve are my class management skills and voice modulation. Afternoon tr assigned 9A to me and gave the timetable and portions. After signing the register we left the school at 3: 00 pm.
DAY 2(15/06/2023) I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance and I went for substitution in the 3rd period at 5F in the 4th period. I didn't have classes to take today. It was a day for preparing my PPT and other works for the teaching practice. DAY 3( 16/06/2023) Today's speciality was the NALLAPADAM initiative of MALAYALA MANORAMA conducted a program related to the same in Sarvodaya Vidyalaya. I reach the school at 8:00 a.m. and signed the register no class was assigned today I got substitution in 5f in 4th period. The teacher asked to write notes so the students could copy doubt in their notes. We left the school at 3:00 p.m.
This week helped me to get a really motivated to work hard for my dream to become a teacher.

DAY 4 (19/06/2023) I Reached school at 8:30 am and marked the attendance. I had classes at 8A. In the 4th period I taught at 8A. In 8A I taught them the features of the cities of Harappa.The students enjoyed the class and the activities. I should improve my skill of questioning and also my class management skills. WEEK 9 : PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2

DAY 35 (07/08/2023) Today I had to take demonstration class at college for my juniors. I had to take the topic on the legislature and I had to take it using the Advance organiser model. This was my second demo class. I have already taken a class on social problems to the students previously, before the stat of the internship. After the class I went straight back to the school. I reported at the school at 11 am. After that I had a usual day. I left the school at 3 pm. DAY 36 (08/08/2023) I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I conducted diagnostic test in the 8th period in 8th standard.I had substitution at 6A, 7G and 3F in the 4th, 5th and 6th periods respectively. PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2 -DAY 18 INNOVATIVE WORK

I reached at the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I had class today in the morning at 8th standard in the third period. I started with the new chapter Our Government and taught them about the legislature of our nation. I was able to present my innovative work to the students of the class. INTRODUCTION An innovative work can be defined as a " new idea, device or method". It is something original and more effective and as a consequence new that 'breaks into' the pupil . Two interesting dimensions of innovation including degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth . Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate.
