WEEK 6: PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2

DAY 21 (19/07/2023) I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I had class at 9A. I taught about Why do we calculate National Income. As an Economics post graduate I was indeed happy to teavh the lesson. AdvanceI had substitution class at 6D in the 6th period. I left the school at 3 pm. DAY 22 (20/07/2023) I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I didn't have class today. I didn't have classes to teach today. I had substitution class at 4G in the 6th period. I conducted small games in the class. I left the school at 3 pm. DAY 23 (21/07/2023) I reached the school at 8 am . I marked the attendance. Today I had class at 9A in the 7th period. I taught them about GNP and GDP. I had substitution at 8D in the 4th period. I gave them a revision on the American War of Independence. It was a very good day. I left the school at 3 pm.

DAY 4 (19/06/2023) I Reached school at 8:30 am and marked the attendance. I had classes at 8A. In the 4th period I taught at 8A. In 8A I taught them the features of the cities of Harappa.The students enjoyed the class and the activities. I should improve my skill of questioning and also my class management skills. WEEK 9 : PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2

DAY 35 (07/08/2023) Today I had to take demonstration class at college for my juniors. I had to take the topic on the legislature and I had to take it using the Advance organiser model. This was my second demo class. I have already taken a class on social problems to the students previously, before the stat of the internship. After the class I went straight back to the school. I reported at the school at 11 am. After that I had a usual day. I left the school at 3 pm. DAY 36 (08/08/2023) I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I conducted diagnostic test in the 8th period in 8th standard.I had substitution at 6A, 7G and 3F in the 4th, 5th and 6th periods respectively. PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2 -DAY 18 INNOVATIVE WORK

I reached at the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I had class today in the morning at 8th standard in the third period. I started with the new chapter Our Government and taught them about the legislature of our nation. I was able to present my innovative work to the students of the class. INTRODUCTION An innovative work can be defined as a " new idea, device or method". It is something original and more effective and as a consequence new that 'breaks into' the pupil . Two interesting dimensions of innovation including degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth . Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development.
