WEEK 9 : PRACTICE TEACHING PHASE 2

DAY 35 (07/08/2023) Today I had to take demonstration class at college for my juniors. I had to take the topic on the legislature and I had to take it using the Advance organiser model. This was my second demo class. I have already taken a class on social problems to the students previously, before the stat of the internship. After the class I went straight back to the school. I reported at the school at 11 am. After that I had a usual day. I left the school at 3 pm.
DAY 36 (08/08/2023)
I reached the school at 8 am. I marked the attendance. I conducted diagnostic test in the 8th period in 8th standard.I had substitution at 6A, 7G and 3F in the 4th, 5th and 6th periods respectively. Whenever I feel a little exhausted by all the works I remember about the responsibility on my shoulder as a teacher. It helps me to get throgh these struggles. I left the school at 3pm. DAY 37 (09/08/2023) Today I reached the school at 8am. I marked the attendance. I had exam duty today, I assisted a teacher for the same. It was a wonderful experience.Today was the onam celebration of the lower primary school children.It was a wonderful program. The students of my class ARJUN and VISWAJITH of 8A, participated in the celebration. Arjun was the Mahabali and Viswajith participated in pulikali.I left the school at 3 pm.
DAY 38 (10/08/2023) I reached the school at 8am. I marked the attendance. I gave remedial class to 8th standard students. We had exam duty. It's always wonderful to learn how to handle such important roles in your teaching practice. I really felt more at ease taking part in these duties. As our teaching practice is coming to an end, we were all sad, as we were only 5, we had a great emotional bonding and our team work was also wonderful. We later had chicken biriyani at the canteen.
Later we left the school at 3 pm. DAY 39 (11/08/2023) Today was the last last day of our practice teaching phase 2. The learning experience we received was tremendous and worth remembering and following in our day to day life. It have really helped me in building myself as a future teacher. Thanks to all the experiences and memories. I will always keep this in my mind. During my teaching practice internship, I gained invaluable insights that have shaped my perspective on education. From honing classroom management techniques and crafting effective lesson plans to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, I learned the art of balancing flexibility with structure. Moreover, this experience instilled in me the significance of continuous growth through self-reflection, collaborative teamwork, and embracing technology as a tool for enhanced engagement. As I embark on my teaching career, these lessons will undoubtedly guide my approach and fuel my passion for creating a meaningful impact in the lives of my future students.
